Dislike: 1. Should provide service for pick up at hotel. 2. Overcharging for minor fuel top up, although partly my own fault as was stuck in a jam prior to returning.

Picking up the car was fine, but I waited for almost an hour. However, they gave me a very good seven-seater. The car was very comfortable, and the driving experience was nice. When returning the car, I asked them to pick it up far from the return location, and they were very polite. Overall, I'm satisfied!
