Disorganized vehicle arrangement: I carefully selected a small car, a Yaris, with 5 seats and enough trunk space for luggage before ordering. When I arrived at the store, they first gave me a manual two-door A3, and then switched to a 4-seater Smart, which couldn't fit my luggage. Terrible.
